| We made arrangements to visit the hotel. We emailed the date we required. Both my fiance and myself took time off work and went to the hotel. We were kept waiting, and then taken on a whistlestop tour of the facilities. Our feet barley touched the ground as we were rushed through, we were given no opportunity to ask questions and discuss our needs. We were told one of the rooms could hold our 80 guests (when it obviously could not) the hotel website says that this room can only accomodate 70 people. At the end of the tour we were asked to wait while they checked for availibility. I explained that we assumed our date was free as I had emailed and given this information. I was then informed that the date we wanted was not available, therefore the whole trip had been a complete waste of time and annual leave. Quite frankly, the attitude left a lot to be desired and I would not visit this hotel again. Thier customer service is appaling. | |
